Bob's Forge is an agentic business builder that lets solo founders and technical builders generate full-stack apps and run an autonomous business from one AI-agent workspace. Built on Bob's Workshop, it uses a three-stage agent pipeline — a Product Manager agent, an Architect agent, and an Engineer agent — to turn a plain-language prompt into a working application, an approach the team calls vibe coding. Beyond code, Bob's Forge adds business-operations agents: an SDR agent (Annie) for outbound prospecting and sales pipeline work, and a marketing agent (Clara) for social and video content, plus customer-support diagnostics and bug-fixing. It bundles billing, telephony, and database functionality so the generated app can take payments and settle revenue when end users pay. The platform emphasizes data sovereignty through Bring Your Own Key support for Google Gemini and Claude/Bedrock, local model endpoint compatibility, and user ownership of data across the stack. It targets indie founders, agencies, and entrepreneurs who want to build and operate software without assembling separate tools or a large team.
